Insure your device from the App

Tap on “Activate a service” and go to the “Insurance” section. Select the device you want to protect (smartphone or tablet).

Record your device data

Enter the purchase price from your receipt and click “Calculate Price”. Confirm to accept the quote, then provide your device’s IMEI or serial number and sign the documents.

Direct debit to your account

The premium will be debited directly from your bank account. You’ll also receive an email from Allianz Assistance with your policy documents.

Which devices are eligible for insurance?
Coverage applies to smartphones and tablets bought for personal (non-business) use within 180 days prior to the policy start date, with a purchase value between €500 and €2,000 (VAT included).
Yes. However, each device requires its own separate policy. Please note that all insured devices must be purchased directly by you.

The premium is based on the purchase price of your device.

You may withdraw from the policy without charge within 14 days of activation. Beyond that period, cancellation is not permitted.
