Subscribe to the policy through the App

Tap on “Activate a service” and open the “Insurance” section. Pick the policy you’d like to purchase.

Enter your details

Select the people to be covered. Fill in your travel information: destination, travel dates, and number of travelers. Choose the level of coverage and add any optional extras if desired.

Complete the payment

Review and accept the terms and conditions. The premium will be charged directly to your current account.

What is the cost of the Travel Insurance?

The premium for travel insurance depends on the type of coverage you select (Standard or Premium), the travel area (Europe or Worldwide), and the number of travelers included.

The Standard Europe policy provides protection for:

  • Trip interruptions

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged luggage

  • Medical expenses and travel assistance

  • Other travel support services

The Standard Worldwide policy includes all the coverage above, plus protection in case of delayed arrival at your destination. For complete details, consult the information booklet for the Premium Europe and Worldwide policies.

The Premium policy includes:

  • Trip cancellation or changes

  • Trip interruption

  • Delayed arrival at your destination

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged luggage

  • Delayed baggage delivery

  • Medical expenses and travel assistance

  • Additional travel support services

Any natural person of legal age residing in Italy, holding a Nemea online current account and a debit card, can subscribe to the policy.

Coverage starts on the departure date of your trip and ends on the return date. Trips longer than 60 consecutive days are not covered.
